Gingerbread Festival Time!

Hi!  This year for the annual Gingerbread Festival at Thanksgiving Point, my two sisters and I made the Salt Lake Temple (yes, I feel crazy about now!).  It turned out great and today we take it up to the La Caille restaurant in Salt Lake for the auction.  If you make it to the festival, let me know!  I hope you do because I heard that this year it is going to be the best yet!  Wow, I am excited! 

swimsuit obsession

Well, this summer I have been sewing swimsuits. I did paint one picture for a wedding gift but forgot to take a picture! So here are a couple of pictures of the swimsuits, I have done about 14, to date and only one was a flop and went into the scrap heap. Not bad for an amatuer.

The back was open to reveal a little room with an easy chair and fireplace.

I wish you could see the lights glow! Let's just say it's magical when the room is dark and this little house it lit up! I wonder who ended up being the highest bidder?
